Found this out completely by mistake yesterday.

Default 442 A1

press right on d-pad

442A-1R

press right on d-pad again

442A-1L

Also for the 433 A1 formation

Default 433 A1

press right on d-pad

433A-1R

press right on d-pad again

433A-1L

and again

433A-1T

Not sure if many people know about this, but its a nice addition to tweak the deafult formation. This works for most of the formations but not all.
