The OP didn't specify which mode to play in. The folders with the gameplay files for simulation mode and competitive mode are separate. I don't know if he tweaked just one mode or both.
 
I played mod with slider, I feel its ok, have better, such as CPU aggressive more, high pressing and hard to score.

IF YOU WANT A TRULY REALISTIC GAMEPLAY!! DOWNLOAD GP FROM "DOCTOR" FOR FIFA 19 AND LOOK IN THE PACKAGE FOR THE AGPE AI FOLDER. THEN LOOK FOR THE LOCAL INI FILE AND COPY ITS CONTENTS, ALL THE VALUES, ETC. THEN RUN FIFA EDITOR, GO TOOLS AND INITFSEDITOR AT THE TOP AND LOOK FOR THE LOCAL INI. THEN DELETE IT, SELECT ALL THE TEXT, PASTE THE TEXT FROM THE MOD AND SAVE!!! THE GAMEPLAY DIFFERENCE IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
