Its all about changing the CSV files found in Transfers ("legacy"). Although there is no "perfect" solution. If you need any help understanding those files. Let me know.

Im not at my PC right now.

I always remember the following tho.

- DemandedWage (you can stop players accepting low wages from dropping down teams / leagues)
- LoanOrBuy (here is the ultimate decision maker for players, its shit and has needed to upgraded by EA for years but you should be able to stop most weird transfers)
