Creating an Option File for another PS3 User

Greetings all on this sunday evening!

I was wondering how can i transfer my option file from my PS3 onto my mates PS3?

His isnt updated to the latest patch, so i know this will have to be done first then applying my option file.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Transfer it using a USB stick or iPod. Copy (Kits, Edit data) everything except the (your) System data as this will disable trophies for him
