Disabled formatting buttons in mobile browsers?

Hi guys, there seems to be an issue when writing posts in mobile browser (Android, Chrome).
All the buttons on rich text editor are grayed-out (formatting, smilies, content insertions, ...), with the exception of preview button.

Can anyone confirm that?

let me post this mate and like @Buzzy said everything else working fine running latest Android and Google Chrome

@zlac Have you got "code mode" on maybe? (Tap the three dots to the right of the "undo" arrow, and tap the square brackets symbol.)
