Started this last night and have to echo what others are saying. Had planned on being a 'humanitarian' and not killing anyone - but the stealth is terrible! There's no way whatsoever to know if you're going to be spotted or not, which makes the whole thing a bit crap. I might give up and just play as a mean mutha killing all these innocent guards. Pity.

I finished a play-through not long ago, I tried not to kill if possible, but was forced to very occasionally. Most of the time I'd sneak by or knock the guards out and drag them into a hidden location.
Overall I thought the game was alright, never really felt a massive urge to play it, but it certainly an above average game. Love the art style too personally (on PC with forced AA).
