Highlights from a training session in eFootbal 2022 - PC - V1. Recorded and edited with color correction using simply the brightness and contrast effects in a video editing program....

It looks now like PES21 with one of those Mods...

Camera Used: Stadium + Custom settings (Height / Zoom / Angle)

Konami could simply add an option to adjust the brightness and contrast and make the PC version look much better.

Note that the original gameplay was very smooth on my PC here. The stuttering and choppy animation as well as the lower image quality, is the result of the video recording, encoding and compression.

You could simply use Reshade to do this ingame.
By the way, i think your Colors look way to saturated and the Pitch is completely off 😅

The point here is that Konami could add a brightness / contrast control to remove the washed out and dull graphics...

This effect is similar to some TV Broadcast where they saturate the colors just like that...
