Extracting Database EAFC

Dear all,
I was wondering if someone could help me understand on how to extract player database from EAFC.
I'm using FIFA Editor Tool, and I'm managing to extract all the data from fifa_ng_db, cards_uxr_db, etc.
First of all:

1. What are the differences between these files?
2. Why are some players missing from these files? It seems like the one that you get by updating the rosters are not present

If someone knows, please help.
I would like to extract all the players data with the updated overalls/club_id and so on, but I'm really struggling on finding the right files.

Hi ! Thanks for your answer.

As stated, I got fifa_ng_db from FIFA editor Tool but some players are missing (the ones who are present in the Save Data) so the updated roster is not complete
The players that are missing are NOT custom players, but real players included in the game through the live updates

The missing player are on a different squad file. The squad file is on user data folder on windows with other stuff as user settings.

For the first extraction used ingame DB files (images 1 and 2); for the second extraction files from squadsfile (Appdata\Local\ecc ecc)
First and second is correct, third and fourth no. Same playerID different firstname, lastname, playerjersey and commonname.

I used the files from Aranaktu, DBmaster 15 and Fifa 19 Save Squads Db Tool 1.0.0
