FC 24 cutscenes, corners drop down fps

Hi,
I have a problem with EA Sports FC 24.
The gameplay is fluid but only cutscenes, corners, free kick drop down fps.
I have a rtx 2080 ti I don't think depend from my video card.
Any solution?

If I can help you, I found a fix, if I can call this for the moment: you must set rendering quality to medium and there aren't drop down fps. But me and I think you would like to play with ultra
 
I had the PC beta and reported that issue, and lot of users reported the same problem in the beta private forum. Every year the same history.

My fps drop is low, but I will try to set rendering to medium. Grazie
 
This is making me considering a refund and instead getting the PS5 version. The solution is to set all details to medium for now, but is medium even comparable to the current gen consoles graphics (PS5, XSX)? I really want to stay on PC because of all the mods that will come out but the bad optimisation has put me off
