fifa 16 cg server not assigning

whener i choose teams on exbihition or tournment modes it never assigns, i have the folder called ScoreBoardGBD with all the competition folders inside it, on the fifa 16 folder
might it be because cg server is 1.0? if so can anyone get me links for update? cant find it anywhere
