FIFA modding on Switch - help!

I've seen the mods @diazjesux made for FIFA 20 and 21 on Switch, but I only have 19 and I really miss a mod that would have at least a real Campeonato Brasileiro, with all teams and real players. And it's like they say, if you want a job well done...

The problem is, I know my way around modding FIFA on the PC (at least until 16), but I don't have the slightest notion of how to mod it for the Switch. How to access the files, which tools to use, how to test it, nothing. I'll appreciate it if anyone can help me out. Thanks in advance.
