Are the new multiplayer levels/expansion pack only for those playing online? If one doesn't play online, is it still worth getting these new levels?
 
It's for Online and Offline Multiplayer play only as far as I know. There is no new Singleplayer stuff on the disc, also get one copy between mates and pass it round and just load it on the HDD in the box, or wait till they all become free on Live anyhow.
 
Its worth getting them if you play offline alot against mates, especially like Holio suggests, they all chip in to buy it and then you can just pass the disc around
