I've tried searching but can't seem to find any clear information on this.

I'm looking for some tips on a PS2 to Component cable. Everything I have found so far is suspiciously cheap (£4.99ish) or incredibly expensive (£99.99!).

Has anyone got any tips or recommendations?

replace ur regular rca jack with the component (5 output instead of 3) will give improve the graphic of the game. it costs about 16 to 20 dollars.

Not too expensive and it'll be good enough to show the benefit of component. Especially if you can go progressive scan.
