Can someone please tell me how play the allstar games where you pick the teams to have players from? can't find it anywhere
 
It is the last option on the menu. Then you have a choice of selecting from region which is the 1st choice or by team which is the 2nd choice.

Thats not al all star game then technically, because it just picks random players?

if you highlight exhibiton match it says you can pick all star matches here but i cant find it anywere
 
in Master league when you choose the team if you take custom team you have england, brasil, argentina, ... all stars.

i think you can unlock them in exhibition mode if you win D2 ML championship.

not sure, will try !
