Help - Changing Camera angle

Hi, I'd like to try and change camera angle for broadcast camera for a specific stadium. Currently available mods only allow you to change height and zoom to a certain degree. Does anyone know how to change the angle and which tools should I use? I'd really like to make a mod and share it, but I need an hint by some expert modder to know where to start. Thanks to anyone who will be eager to help.
