how do you enter the Wefa masters cup

I have been playing master league for about 10 seasons, WE9, and although I an now winning pretty much everything all the time, and are top of the team rankings, I never get included in the masters cup, why, plesae help.
 
isnt it for clubs that dont finish top, but they finish 3rd or 2nd or something?

Im sure thiers something about how to qualitfy for it in the Topics, but i could be wrong.
 
It;s like the UEFA Cup. Finish 5th to get into it. Or get knocked out of the first phase of the other european comp.
