How editing faces that aren't in we10

I try to change 75 faces that not are in we10 this year (Linke, Bierhoff, Redondo, Hierro, Leboeuf, Petit, Blanc etc..)with other players like Obi Mikel, Diego Lugano, Jan Huntelaar etc.. following several tutorials. But only 19 make good, other have double eyes or double noses. Anyone knows how change a old face with another different making good ?
