How to select opposition teams in Master League

Hi All,
Is it possible to select the teams for the Master League. On my PSP version when you select your team, the computer randomly chooses the OTHER teams. I know on the ps2 version you can but can you o it on the PSP version.

If the PSP version has a "PES Shop", go to it and purchase "ML League Structure", then you can choose what teams are in what division, etc. next time you start up a new ML.
 
This option is not available in the pes shop, by any chance does someone know of a cheat.
