Is it possible to convert a PES6 OF in PSV format?

Hello men; I know that there's a special Hardware to import a PS2'OF in PS3.

It's expensive; is there another methot to import OF in PSV format for PS3?

Not at present I don't think. The problem is only Sony know the digital signature of the .PSV format.
