Is there any difference between the Pro Evo 08 Xbox360 or PS3?

I own both consoles, is there any difference between them? anyone run better on one system than the other?

Also can either version be imported to play of American Xbox360 or PS3? or are the games region coded?
 
360 version is better in many ways

No framerate issues offline, runs fine in game, only replay's are laggy

Graphics is slightly better, the crowd is better, players shadows reflect the arms (Ps3 version only chest and legs). But the pitch are affected from bilinear mapping. PS3 version dnt show that issue

Ps3 version also got the Dual Shock pad, wich is WE finest. 360 pad not so good for soccer games.
