ISS Pro Evo/ISS Pro Evo 2 PSX QUESTION

Hello all, I have quick question. I want to buy the PS1 versions of ISS Pro Evo wand I need to know if there's an option to adjust the screen in ISS Pro. I found out from a FAQ that ProEvo2 has that option, what about ProEvo1?

I'm in the US and have a NTSC PS2. Other PAL PS1 games that have the screen adjust option and work fine.
