Issues with live.com addresses

It's been brought to our attention that users who register with a @live.com mail address somehow don't seem to receive their activation mails. We're currently investigating this issue, but for now please send me a PM and I will activate your accounts manually.

This is fixed and was probably affecting all emails. It was possibly Rapture-related but I fixed that too.
