Keepers Coming Out? (quicky question)

One thing which annoyed me about Pro Evo 4 was the keeper coming out when he didnt need too.

Like when a player was still near the keeper would come out easy chip? Whilst if keeper stayed on line harder sot score defender on him etc?

Is this sorted on the new one?
