Finally a new F1 manager game: from today Motorsport Manager is available for download. You have to manage the team (drivers, finances, build the cars, etc) to reach your targets. Available on Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/415200/. Official Website is: http://www.motorsportmanager.com/. Also on YouTube there're some videos showing career footage.
