What happens if you complete this mode?

Do you only get wens?

Do you unlock teams? (I heard that but I think its just a big rumor)

So what happens?

After 2 qualifying groups and 2 karin cup frendlies that 14 games....i'm finally in the world cup with the following teams:

Czech
Japon
Ireland
Slovakia

Only seven (hopefully) games to go then I find out and will let you know.....

Im in the world cup knockout phase now. If I finish before anyone posts, Ill let you know.
 
As I messed up the 2nd qual phase I ended up in the CONCACAF playoff against guatemala, that was pretty random. Has anyone else played a different team in the playoff or is it always guatemala?

Right. Just completed the Nippon Challenge. 5* difficulty, no losses, a couple of draws.

Unlocked: 4000WEN

That's it. Dont see any new teams or anything else.

Can you buy the Asian teams with the WEN then?

As for the names, I don't really notice similarities to the real Thai national team? :shock:

Ashed: You cant buy any of the Asian teams.

After playing through the mode, Ive gotta say I enjoyed it a lot. By the time youve made it to the WC each match feels important as youve had to put in the work to get there. I also found it improved my gameplay a lot to play as Japan, first against the weaker teams and them against stronger opposition. Highly reccomended.

Although I cant play with Kuwait the game is still enjoyable its not that big of a deal.

But it would've been a real treat if the Asian teams were unlockable.

You can also play agains Trinidad and Tobago and other CONCAF teams.
