I used to play on professional since PES2019. Just got tired from constant fight with scripts. They are noticeably reduced on that level but AI is still challenging enough for a fun game.
 
Sorry to dig up this thread but i absolutely don't understand something.
I have not top player difficulty in my game, I never have or seen this in pes.
Professional, superstar, legend, that's it.
Can someone could explain me what is top player and how you have this level ?
It's a mod ?

I have flicked between Legend and Superstar but the scripting on Legend always pushes me to the edge. I find Superstar, with a shorter match length, gives me that sweet spot of the game being fun but challenging.

Unfortunately I am on PS4 so modded difficulties are not an option.
 
i always play TP, sometimes when rusty professional since i usually play PA0.
But the biggest difficulty setting is what cam youre using, a bit closer and its a lot tougher and having the cpu play a bit more human like is my perfect mix
 
A small update for the PC version:
With this combination of gameplay mods. I am having some really nice games on Superstar.

I enjoy playing 17 minutes, PA1(love the stats weight), and dt18 loaded through gameplay loader only. :TU:
