PES 2021 pc mod advice?

Hi i wish to venture into adding mods to my game for use mainly offline mode/master league and was wondering where do i start?

I already have a option file that gives me all the latest official kits and now i want to add mods such as the following:

  • All Teams in game stadium
  • More football options
  • Possible to have fifa commentary?(PES 06 had a mod for this!)
  • All lower league tier teams with proper kits and players and able to work in ML(for promoting and religation in say league 2 etc?)

I have no idea where to start and saw a few threads regarding JUCE? I also saw some "server" mods such as ball and stadium servers. What are these?

Thanks in advance and if you know any other must have for ML, let me know!
