I had an issue with playing master league with Smoke Patch with Inferno add ons that when i play using manchester united, first season was fine until second season the club are moving to belgian league. How to fix that?

Smokepatch team, has a pretty explanatory blog, with Q&A , usual issues, FAQs, social media to contact them. Wouldn't it make more sense to ask there??? 💡🤔😑
