If the d-pad problems were not there it would be quality, I hate playing with the analogue on PSP. Still like the game though.

Hmm, I think the PSP is very easy to use and has the best button layout I have ever seen from a handheld. I have no problems using every button. I'm very accustomed to the analog as Socom was my first game (and only game for a few weeks) and you had to use the stick as the pad was for other functions such as, switch guns, view, freelook, scope, etc. Anyways, PES5 only has the problem of no R2. Once you grasp how to play without it, everything elses is pure class for a handheld game. I take it everywhere with me now.\\:o/
