Ive just completed my first season in the master league and i was hoping to train up my players in traning mode, but all i seen was regulate condition.

Now am i right in thinking the only way to increase the states of your players is through just playing them....

anyway hope someone can help me
 
no..during off season.. when u go training mode.. u can go auto training, it will increase the players stats
