Problem CGFS 16

Good evening, I have everything installed correctly, including CGFS 16, but when I want to activate a stadium or something, I see that the program does not detect team IDs and I cannot get it to activate.
 
If I am using that mod and I cannot get the program to detect the equipment IDs, I have installed iodine correctly
