Problem with launching PES 21

After playing PES 21 for several years, this message popped up when I tried to turn on the game today. When I follow the instructions, I only get to the general page of PES21, where I have to fill in the contact form, which of course does not work, because the game has been closed to the developer for a long time. Any solution to this? Thank you

I figured out where was the problem. I implemented PES2021_Ultimate_24-25_GP_by_Alex. It does not work for me and creates this problem.
 
When I have the same situation with original game in steam - servers of game was still working and solution was to click link, get code for validating, insert into box and press -Finish-.
Usually it's happen after major big update, when game was still supported by developers of KONAMI.
Certainly now this method isn't working because servers are off.
I don't know exactly - may be someone can find solution to avoid this addition check, using special utilities.
