i ask if i need the cd,because i can get it cheap in brazil, but the cd that comes with it is NTSC... so i guess it wont work on my PAL ps2, do i need this cd, and if so can i get it alone ?

same thing here in Bahrain, all ps2 are PAL , all Network adapter's are NTSC

you don't need the CD

use any online game (socom, WWE SvR, Midnight Club 3 .........etc) to setup your connection
