PS3 PES 2010 online lag

I play PES 2010 on my PC and get some pretty bad lag. I would like to if its same PS3 as I own a PS3 and thinking of buying PES 2011 PS3 this time. Which one you think is better PC or PS3 online gameplay. Also, you get lag cheats on PC alot.
