Guy's I need some expert advice.

Ive had a new wirless router delivered today (Netgear 54mbs) basically im wanting to know whether I need to buy anything for my 360 to pick up the wirless or whether the Xbox has some kind of WiFi that can pick the signal up?

you can either use an official xbox 360 wireless gaming adaptor or you can buy an ethernet gaming adaptor/access point
 
Im guessing this is an extra that needs to be bought aswell as the router correct?

They know how to get your money!!

Yep, the official 360 one (which is the only one I'd use personally but there are some you can buy more cheaply and modify to work apparently), was £60 last time I looked.
