Any mods added? I've had this before and i either deleted the settings file under documents > Pes21 its called settings.dat
Or i have gone into edit and selected 'load' it'll prompt you do you want to load settings, say yes and it loads settings and seems to work.

Hi mate, after trying everything, I solved the problem of "screen frozen" but now my ML gets stuck loading screen before the first game of the season.
I have seen this happens to a lot of people but the solution is not clear.
Also I downloaded a save folder for konami docs to have the signings

Can you try it without that save folder? It’s probably getting stuck in custom content.
The game not loading before the first game is exactly what I had, I solved it by going to edit and selecting load, confirm load then try again.
