Slumdog Millionaire - 9/10

What a fucking brilliant story. Really clever writing, a great adventure and so much that happens that it keeps you wanting to know what happens next. Loved it.

The book is brilliant. I really like Danny Wallace

The film just takes the notion of saying 'Yes' all of the time. Thats about it.

I did like the film though had some funny bits - not as funny as I thought it would be, but it was a nice film.

Also the girl he falls in love with is lovely! - I would watch it again just for her :))

Zooey Deschanel is her name :))

Just watched Ghost Town with Ricky Gervais aswell and thats a nice film, with some really funny moments.

She was in the Happening as well, reminds me of Katy Perry...
 
Defiance - 8.5/10

Brilliant film. Really good story and all round enjoyable film. Well worth a watch for those still on the fence about this one.
 
Yeah definitely worth a watch.

The Wrestler - 8/10 - Brilliant film!

Gran Torino - 7/10 - Very good. Another brilliant Clint Eastwood film.

The Wrestler 7/10 Didnt see the big hype, but did enjoy it

When hes walking out of the warehouse and onto the supermarket shop floor with "RAM RAM RAM" chants, thats what im now going to do when Im at work in waitrose haha "JOE JOE JOE"

I like these kinds of movies where society is in trouble. Was done quite well, but lacked character development. Lots of big names in it.
