Is WE10 available for PC on the 27th?

Im from England can I play WE10 on my PC??

Can I then convert all japansese text to english using a patch??

Has anyone checked what's with accumulated fatigue in tournaments and ML? Is it like in WE9/PES5 - 2-3 matches and you start to rotate your squad because of fatigue?

As far as I know, PES 6 will be released in Europe in October 2006.
