Where to post this? .TED file exported from PES2018 PC

So I´ve got 2 PS4 TED files finally working on Steam version of PES2018.

I´ve got both .TED credits (Kits/DB) and original links. Any suggestion how to share those gems?

I feel it could work on most PC just as easy as PS4 files. But there is no specific forum/thread to do it.
