i'm back from a long time....
i would like to know which is the best patch for we9 actually (graphic, transfers, translation, sound).

Well im not sure. i only downloaded the Fernando v5 so i can read everythin in english. Im just gonna wait until the transfer door closes so i wont have to keep downloading patches and option files. and wait until one with 100% transfers done comes out....
 
they are all not complete and some are buggy at the moment, im just going to wait about a month until they all get sorted
 
ya it seems like the kits are edited in-game which means u need option file to load the kits...
