All-Star Euro and World return?

Guys, sorry i this is common knowledge, but I read in one of the editing threads that the All-Star teams exist in Pro Evo 5.

Is this true? That is all. (Oh, and I guess they have to be unlocked eh?)

From what I know, you can only play agains the All Start, Euro, Africa, etc teams in the off season of the master league. There're other interesting teams too, like the Jaguars (the fastest player of the game) or the Rascals (the small players with good dribbling).

You can make it with the Master League Creating an Original Team.

It's just people like Boumsong and Dacourt.

Can anyone tell me who is in these teams? I skipped the off season and my PS2 is broke atm so i cant play on to find out.
