Any way to add "Other" players to teams? (PS4)

Hi folks.

So I'm trying to add the transfers for the new season to PES 2021 and one issue I am having is with "Other" players, such as Sancho. How do you add these players to a club?

When I go to the edit mode and transfers, the only option is to add free agents but not players marked as "Other" (like when you search for them in Master League).

Is there any way to do this?

Have you checked National Team?
