I would like to be able to block CPU substitutions. I would like the CPU not to make any substitutions in the match. I know the Cheat Table has this option, but I would like to be able to enable it with a mod without using the cheat table. Is this possible?

Sorry for any inconvenience! New attachments can be uploaded but it would be better to leave avatars for now as they could be overwritten as part of the migration.
UPDATE: This is moving slower than expected and will continue through the weekend.
