Challenge somebody??

It's maybe a stupid question but how do i challenge somebody online with pes5. Or do i have to wait that someone challenge me when i created a match room??

You can only challenge someone if they've created a match room.

when they have created a match room, what should i do then??I don't see a thing to invite somebody
