Anwyay yeah Essien had lots of energy, and was reaaly everywhere, box to box, the best is yet to come!
 
Still waiting for SWP to show his talent, he did ok now but i believe he can be better. And I think Essien is going to do a great job at the middle, see him played two matches and I think he's good especially in the West Brom game, he almost make score. Hope he can proof his money.
 
Drogba is scoring quite a lot lately hopefully he and the others strikers can bring more goals to our team in the matches to come.

Great Match for Chelsea, more like exhibition game.
It was a good warm up for the Tottenham game.

this will be the lineup i reckon on saturday:
cech, del horno, terry, gallas, ferreira, makalele, essien, lampard, robben, duff, drogba.

Where does Gudjohnsen fit into all of this though.
 
Going to be tough for Gudjohnsen, as much of a good player he is, hes not one that id look to to change the game from the bench..

A mate of mine who works in JD sports mentioned that the sales of Chelsea shirts shot up dramatically over the last few months UK-wide. My question is - where were these Chelsea supporters previously? Are these true fans? or have we become a nation of switching gloryhunters?

s'pose you could say where we're all the true fans when chelsea we're getting poor crowds 5 years ago....

all of a sudden everyones a chelsea fan lol!
 
Whats interesting is, Chelsea will play liverpool twice in the same week both at Anfield; Wednesday for the champions league, and sunday primeirship match. Thats going to be a huge week. But I know the boys will do it twice. I can hardley wait!

Its all going to be a big anticlimax IMO! I can see draws in both legs with both of you then qualifying for the next stage.
