Compare PES3/WE7i PC vs PS2

I have two question about PES3/WE7/WE7i
1. PES3/WE7i PC version is always better than real PS2 (not mentioning about PCSX2) in terms of graphics, gameplay (more movements) and responsiveness. Right?
I know PC version can take adventage of kitserver and LODmixer to upscale to higher resolution.

2. WE is always better than PES in terms of gameplay?

In fact, I cannot see any different between them. Which one is the best?

I'd say the Japanese edition of WE7I is the definitive version of that year. I think it was only released on PS2.

The North American/Korean versions of WE7I are the regional releases of WE7. But the Japanese one is a separate, upgraded version. Why they chose to call it the same name and confuse everyone - who knows!

I guess semantics wasn't a focal point back in the pre globalisation days of the gaming industry 😅

I wish they called it Winning Eleven for European markets too as:

A: Winning Eleven is a better name
B: Calling it Pro Evolution Soccer in Europe when we don't even call football soccer in Europe is also annoying.

I got your point. The Japanese version is slightly improved to the NA one.

Well, you can do with cheat .pnach with PCSX2 and even for real PS2 with cheat and some hex tricks for LOD.
