Create a new league in pes 2021

Hi, I'm new to the community when it comes to game mods and I have a question that I'm still looking for, can I create a new league or tournament from scratch in pes 2021? or taking advantage, can I change the number of teams in a league? For example, I want to modify the Colombian league that has 20 teams and I want to reduce it to 16 teams. Is there a way to do this?

I would like to know the same. I wanted to create a new league in Europe. From what I've been reading in my research, I think it's not possible.

the editor by Ejgoc allows you to add new leagues but i havent activly tried adding any myself yet

You could always start a Konami league and add your own rules (teams, # of teams, logo, tournament name, etc.)

I can never get that editor to work.
And all I want is to add a few teams to the Other African Clubs in ML/BAL.
