do manager have there faces?

Cut scenes happen during substitutions showing the manager giving intsructions to the player before enetering, but the face is the same i think. Happens rarely though.
 
Never seen it myself, happened all the time in ISS, it was majorly cool because they pulled it off brilliantly if you ask me.
