EA FC 25 (PC) Career Mode Gameplay is faster and less realistic than other gamemodes

When i play EAFC 25 with a gameplay mod or even without it, on normal gamemodes like a normal match, gameplay feel much better, does anyone know why this happen and if it only happen to me? (This issue is only on PC)
