is there gonna be any way to verify or authenticate a person's playing level? i think it should be a two-tiered competition, 5* and 6* only.

or only 6* :)

We'll take each goal on its merit. If it looks like the difficulty level was set low to create the goal then we won't select it for the shortlist.
 
its hard to judge whether 6 stars is actually harder than 5. The computer only seems to be more agressive at 6, and the AI defending isn't particularly impressive as a result. I'd say 5 star should be the reasonable level of entry. If you look at replays of goals to judge the difficulty, then you will probably be looking at the standard of AI defending.
 
What a great goal! :shock: It seems like I must practice in my WE 10 or PES 5 PC and try to score some goals like this one... 8)

The goals will only be taken into a draw once the competition finishes so yes.
